When is the best time to sign up for My Georgia
Baby?
The best time to sign up for My Georgia Baby is
whenever you are ready! We are ready to meet the
needs of your family from the day you find out
that you are expecting until the day that your
peach is born. We will gladly communicate information regarding
your pregnancy with your family and friends from the time you register until
the baby is delivered. Even if you have already
had your baby shower, My Georgia Baby can utilize
your photographs to develop your family's individual
web page.

What happens after I sign up for My Georgia Baby
online?
A representative of My Georgia Baby will contact
you within 48 hours via the contact information provided
during registration.

3. Can my family's information be protected?
Yes, your family's information can be password protected at no additional cost! Password information will be included when updates you request are sent to famiy and friends.

4. How many ultrasound
pictures can be made available?
My Georgia Baby allows its clients to provide
a maximum of 4 ultrasound pictures to be made
available for viewing to their friends and family.

How do I submit my family's pictures for use on
the website?
My Georgia Baby needs photographs of your family to be used on the website.
We recommend at least one picture of the expectant couple, individual or group pictures of any other siblings, and one picture of the entire family. These pictures can be submitted via email to info@mygeorgiababy.com once you have registered online or mailed with the registration forms to PO Box 170415, Atlanta, GA 31117.

What happens when My Georgia Baby comes to the
baby shower?
A representative will contact you and the host
of the shower 48 hours prior to the event to confirm
its location and time. My Georgia Baby will come
and take digital photographs of the event and
you will be allowed to choose up to 25 pictures that
will be made available online within 4 hours
of your selection. My Georgia Baby is committed
to staying a maximum of 2 hours for the baby shower.
If the event extends longer than the allotted
time we will make every effort to stay and capture
the entire event, however, other obligations may
dictate our presence at other events.

What happens when I have the baby?
Families have two options. My Georgia Baby will accompany the family during labor and delivery if requested or we will join the family once your peach has made its grand arrival. If the family would like delivery room pictures, call the 24-hour assistance number (678-755-5424) and a representative will respond within 2 hours. When My Georgia Baby arrives at the hospital we are committed to staying a maximum of 2 hours. That provides your family with a total time commitment of 4 hours. If the family prefers only post-delivery pictures, contact the 24-hour assistanct number and a representative will respond within 2 hours. Your family will be allowed to choose 25 pictures that will be made available online within 4 hours of your selection.

Does My Georgia Baby have to come in the delivery
room?
If your family decides that it is best for
My Georgia Baby not to take pictures during labor
and delivery we will come during a time you select to take photographs
that will be made available online within 4 hours
of your selection. This gives you the opportunity
to prearrange our visit so that all of your family
and friends can be photographed with the baby.
Families that experience birth via a caesarean
section will find this option most convenient.

How will my friends and family be notified that
the baby has been born?
Once you have made your picture selections of
your new "peach" an online birth announcement
will be sent to your friends and family that will
provide pertinent information (name, date of delivery,
weight, length, etc.) and guide them to www.mygeorgiababy.com
where they can view information and pictures
available online.

Can I purchase pictures that are not made available
online?
Yes, you can purchase pictures! My Georgia Baby provides one copy of
the pictures available online and
additional pictures can be purchased for a nominal
fee.

How long will my information remain on My Georgia
Baby?
My Georgia Baby will make your family's information
available online for a minimum of twelve weeks following labor
and delivery to allow adequate time for your family
and friends to enjoy the information.

Yes, friends and family are encouraged to give
the services provided by My Georgia Baby to their
friends and loved ones. There is no doubt that
the gift is unique and will be cherished for years
to come.
